Plan your next meal whilst eating your current one
Calorie count so you know how much exercise to do later
Eat as little as possible
Ignore your hunger
Overeat…then feel guilty
Moan to your friends that you are so fat
Hide in your house in pjs
Feel envious of all the weight-loss stories you read every day
Eat only ‘good’ foods
