Oh my goodness, I can’t believe how much a good night sleep changes everything! I’ve been sleeping so badly recently, and getting very very tired and feeling rubbish. I’ve been depressed, anxious and as a result eating badly to keep my energy up, which makes it worse!
Last night, instead of forcing myself to stay up, I just went to bed. I stopped looking at my devices about half an hour before bed, and prior to that I went for a long cool walk with the Other One.
This morning I woke up naturally just before my alarm. Yay! And I feel so energised, clear headed and alive. I’m so happy about this.
So a word of advice, kids. Make sure you go to bed before midnight!
