Don’t fear hunger. It relays an important message. The gurgling, irritating, mildy uncomfortable feeling tells you to acquire some energy and/or nutrients.

Eat when you are hungry.

Don’t fear hunger when it’s inconvenient to eat either. You won’t starve, there will always be more food. We are lucky. Eat when you can, hunger is patient, and not always an emergency.

Don’t deliberately ignore hunger. Not eating for long periods of timeĀ always results in a backlash. Eat when you are hungry, rather than ravenous when possible.

In the end, don’t stress. Eat, feel, be happy, live your life.
